Konings is not only aware of the need for continuous learning, but has also developed specific tools for this. For example, there is a Development Lab where executives receive support individually and according to their own style in the development of their leadership skills. The basis is Konings' own leadership compass, which in turn originates from the CORE values of Konings. In the Development Lab these are processed into 4 tangible elements: dialogue, personal approach, responsibility and solution focused thinking.
