The summer of 2017 brought our new colleague Lizzy. Konings was looking for a new logistics employee for the production unit in Zonhoven. Among the many applications, several candidates were noteworthy, including Lizzy. After the necessary interviews and tests, she promised to be a great new colleague and she was hired. 

The collaboration evolved rapidly. When her supervisor, the logistics manager, decided to seek new opportunities in the autumn of that year, Lizzy came back onto our radar. The selection procedure had revealed that Lizzy had the potential to take on a managerial role within our organisation in the long term. In addition, she had a good track record as a logistics employee since she started at Konings. In fact, in just a few months she positioned herself as a possible successor. And so be it.

Today, Lizzy manages an important part of the logistics chain in Zonhoven.
